Experience includes Rebuilding of Mechanical Components (Engines, Transmissions, Rear Ends, Front Axle, Air Systems and Valves, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems and Valves) Experienced in the Repair, Rebuild, and Painting of Over the Road Tractors and Trailers.
- Ability to direct complex Equipment and Specialty Vehicle losses from first notice to closing.
- Ability to work in unison with insured’s, repair shops and manufactures.
Heavy Equipment
- Knowledge of equipment components, from Power Train to Hydraulic Systems.
- Experience of how to Inspect, Identify Unit and Estimate Damages.
- Experience with Equipment Repair Process, from loss to Recertification.
- Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and Interpretations regarding repair.
- Ability to investigate Cause & Origin of fire or failure loss.
- Experience with Construction Equipment, from a Mini-Excavator to a 100 ton Off Road Dump.
- Experience with Lifting Equipment, from a Forklift to a Tower Crane.
- Experience with Logging Equipment, from a Shear to a Loader to a Tub Grinder.
- Experience with Farming Equipment, from a Tractor its Implements to a Combine.
